Le projet conserve la distribution claire de l’appartement, en grande partie définie par les installations techniques et un mur porteur qui divise l’espace en deux. Chaque pièce a été repensée avec soin, afin de limiter les interventions lourdes et de libérer un maximum de surface. Dans la cuisine, la salle de bains et la chambre, des épaisseurs utiles ont été créées pour intégrer les irrégularités existantes et prolonger avec subtilité les lignes de l’espace.


En. The project preserves the apartment’s clear layout, shaped largely by the technical installations and a load-bearing wall that divides the space in two. 
Each area was carefully rethought, aiming to minimize heavy interventions and free up as much surface as possible. In the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom, useful wall depths were created to integrate existing irregularities and subtly extend the spatial lines.
